Just because you don't live in Wellington, doesn’t mean you have to completely miss out on the legendary Eva St hot chocolate. All you need is 25g of your favourite WCF chocolate, some milk of your choice, and a stove or microwave!
You can treat yourself to our Eva St hot chocolate at home with this easy recipe:

Finely chop up one 25g bar of your choice

Pour 115 ml of milk (dairy or an alternative like coconut, almond, or oat) into a small pot, add the chopped chocolate, and heat gently.

Whisk it continuously for a perfect froth!

Once the chocolate has all melted and the hot chocolate is at the right temperature, serve in your cutest mug, with some grated chocolate on top.
