Rum 80% Dark Chocolate Bar

This special limited bar was our chocolatier team's chance to experiment. The result? A decadent 80% dark chocolate bar featuring our ethically sourced Vanuatu nibs soaked in Reactory rum for over three weeks.

On top of strong rum aromas we're tasting a hint of earthy depth, notes of sun-dried raisins and dark stewed fruits. Only 500 of these bars have been made so they won't last long!

Ingredients: Rum dark chocolate [Cocoa solids (Reactory rum soaked cocoa nibs, cocoa butter, cocoa nibs), organic cane sugar, organic sunflower lecithin). Contains 80% cocoa solids.

May contain traces of; milk, gluten containing cereals, eggs, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, and sesame seeds.

Alcohol is evaporated off during processing.
