A two-hour session where you’re immersed in all things chocolate, this tour is hosted by Gabe Davidson, WCF co-founder, and the person who introduced bean-to-bar ethical chocolate-making to New Zealand in 2013.
You’ll learn all about the history of chocolate, the art of craft chocolate and the chocolate-making process, right from bean to bar.
Enjoy a chocolate tasting experience featuring single origin, inclusions and milk chocolates. It’s all about ‘snap, smell & savour’, learn how to seek out and enjoy high-quality, small-batch chocolate.
And then the fun begins – you’re given the opportunity to let your creativity and imagination run wild as you make your own chocolate to take home.
A fantastical chocolate experience - perfect as a gift or to treat yourself.
When : The last Thursday of every month from 6-8pm

Your ticket is transferable.
If you cancel your booking, you will receive an 80% refund (if cancelled up to 48 hours in advance). If cancelled within 48 hours of your event date, there is no ticket refund.

Just finished a masterclass with Gabe and cannot speak more highly of the experience. A fun, educational, and generously held evening. Gabe’s passion and vision were inspiring (and executed with style across the whole business), and his humble integrity and warm delivery made the night a real treat.
