Introducing the most mouth watering brownies, just in time for Valentines day!
Made by our friend @sarahschocolatestash with our Raspberry Milk Chocolate
Ingredients

1 block of WCF Raspberry Milk chocolate (75g), chopped into chocolate chips

200 g WCF Drinking Chocolate

200 g butter

100 g brown sugar

200 g white sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

4 eggs

1 tsp baking powder

3/4 cup plain flour

1 cup frozen raspberries

Method

Preheat your oven to 150°C, on bake.

Chop the butter & melt in a mixing bowl in the microwave, then add the drinking chocolate. Mix until smooth.

Add the brown & white sugar - mix again until smooth.

Add each egg, one at a time, mixing well between each addition. After this, add the vanilla extract.

Next, mix in the flour & baking powder. Mix until combined.

Finally, add the raspberries & chopped raspberry milk chocolate. Mix until just combined.

Pour the brownie mixture into a brownie pan (20 x 20 cm) lined with baking paper.

Bake at 150°C for approximately 1 hour, or until just set.

Leave to cool, then devour!
