This Pacific Milk Limited Release is something a bit different: an extra special limited release milk chocolate! Made with a beautiful blend of Fiji and Solomon Islands Trinitario cacao, it highlights some of the best cacao that the Pacific Islands have to offer!
The cacao was carefully roasted to preserve its unique qualities, and stone ground for a silky smooth finish. By making this chocolate from bean to bar with no extra flavours or additives, we can ensure that the flavours that emerge are true to the bean, with depth and nuance.
We worked closely with smallholder Robert Waisu in the Solomon Islands and Cacao Fiji in Fiji to acquire these beans. This is direct trade at its finest, where we get to ensure that the farmers are paid fairly for their beans.
