When His Excellency Mr Sakias Tameo, Papua New Guinea's High Commissioner, visited WCF, we did what we do best: made chocolate together. The PNG cacao was sourced by one of the delegation and brought in especially for the occasion.

This 70% single-origin dark chocolate carries the bold, complex character of PNG cacao, one of the Pacific's most exciting yet little-known origins.

While just 200 of these bars exist, we hope it's a glimpse of what's to come. Our ambition is to soon welcome Papua New Guinea as a permanent member of our Pasifika Collection, honouring the growers and the land behind every bean.
