House-made brittle caramel and Marlborough sea salt atop our house-blend 70% cacao dark chocolate. Simple, sweet, delicious!

    Lost and Found!

    I used to purchase the Salted Caramel Chocolate Bar at my supermarket, but it disappeared from their shelves. It was my favourite and I had kept the wrapper from my last bar for sentimental reasons. Then I thought I‘d surf Wellington Chocolate Factory and lo and behold ~ There it was and I could order it! Woohoo! It is smooth and crunchy and the rich dark chocolate is a perfect foil for the sweet caramel crunch.
